Ken Huffman, CPA graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in accounting. Mr. Huffman began his career in accounting with KPMG Peat Marwick performing audits, then moved to a smaller CPA firm. While there, he conducted tax returns of individuals, corporations, partnerships and trusts, as well as compilations, reviews, and audits. After some years, Mr. Huffman wanted to focus on assisting CPA firms and their clients by teaching about and implementing advanced tax strategies in their businesses. This passion led to the founding of CPA to CPA, Inc. Ken’s expertise in these business strategies has saved clients millions of dollars. With captive insurance being a premier business and tax strategy, Mr. Huffman saw a need for captive insurance managers that provided superior management services with the same professionalism and values that CPA firms exhibit. His tangible solution to this need resulted in founding Captive Nation, Inc., a captive insurance management firm. Ken is passionate about helping businesses utilize and implement advanced business and tax strategies that strengthen their core business. He also provides one-on-one consultations, workshop presentations for groups, and facilitates executive round table events. Mr. Huffman advises CPAs, attorneys, business owners, family offices, and financial advisors, along with M&A and insurance professionals. Along with loving to help his clients, Ken also loves spending time with his awesome wife and 3 kids.
