Live Events: MSATP will send an email to you upon receipt of your registration(s). Upon arriving at the seminar, you will receive a seminar guide and course material. The guide has a perforated name badge in the upper left corner that you will remove and sign on the back after you are scanned in by a volunteer at the registration desk.
Your certificate of completion is available online within your profile and can be downloaded 5 business days after the conclusion of the seminar. If you arrive late, leave early, or do not scan in at the designated times, you will see an adjustment of your credit hours.
Group Internet: The attendee must be logged into the course the entire time of the seminar as well as answer at least 75% of the polling questions. The polling questions will appear approximately every 15 minutes during the presentation. Any attendee, who is not logged in and does not answer at least 75% of the polling questions, will see an adjustment on their certificate of completion.
MSATP dress code is business casual. For your comfort, we recommend you dress in layers and have a coat available since the temperature in the seminar room could vary throughout the day.
For every event, evaluation forms are included in the seminar manual. We strongly recommend you to complete the evaluation. The feedback provided by the attendees assists the Education Committee on future planning of topics, locations, and speakers.
CPE/CE Certificates are available approximately 5 business days after seminar/webinar. To view or print certificates:
1. Go to www.msatp.org.
2. Click View MY CPE.
3. Login using your email address on file with MSATP and your password.
4. Click on desired seminar/webinar to view and print.*
* For a list of courses taken and CPE earned in a specific year, click “Select Years.” Select year and print results.
No refunds can be given if written cancellation is received less than 14 days in advance of the seminar and is subject to a $25.00 service charge. No refund will be given for any Express seminar/webinar. All refunds must be approved by the Executive Director.
Any transfer by an attendee is subject to a $25.00 transfer charge as long as the attendee is transferring to another seminar of the same value.
The Early Cutoff Date is defined as two weeks prior to the actual event date. Any seminar or webinar purchased 14 days prior to the event will be based on standard pricing.
Any individual who registers for a seminar/webinar will be responsible for the seminar fee even if the individual does not attend.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Society’s control, we will make every effort to contact attendees via email, social media, website and phone.
Any returned check is subject to a $25.00 service charge.
Payment is due at the time of the registration. Any individual who submits a registration form without payment will not be registered for the seminar until payment is received. Registrations for those paying by check will not be processed until the check is received in the Society Office.
Any individual who registers on the day of the seminar will be subject to a $50.00 service charge.
Emails obtained by MSATP are not provided or sold to third parties for marketing but are used to enhance your professional knowledge.
A pre-determined option for vegetarian, gluten free, and kosher meals are available upon request at least 72 hours prior to an event. Any further dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated. If the Society is unable to accommodate a meal request, no refund will be given for the meal or seminar cost.
Any transfer by an attendee from a live seminar to a webinar OR a webinar to a live seminar is subject to a $25.00 service charge; transfer must occur at least 14 days in advance of the event.
