Michelle Winner is the Director of Marketing for Maryland 529, an independent State agency that administers the two State offered 529 college savings plans and the Maryland ABLE plan. Michelle has 25 years of experience in the non-profit and education sectors. Michelle joined Maryland 529 in 2016 and currently serves as a member of the College Savings Plans Network’s Communications Committee. Prior to joining Maryland 529, Michelle served as the Vice President of Marketing for Port Discovery Children’s Museum in Baltimore and was the Marketing Manager for the Calvert School’s Home Instruction division. Michelle earned her Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Towson University and currently resides in Lutherville, MD with her husband and two daughters.
