Mr. Maschas serves as the Director of the Maryland Comptroller’s Hearings and Appeals Division. The Hearings and Appeals Division administers the Hearings & Appeals section, Voluntary Disclosure program, Offer in Compromise program. Mr. Maschas has held various roles at the Comptroller’s office including administering the Comptroller’s Business Tax Field Audit, Business Tax Collections and Unclaimed Property sections.
