Charles Burdoin, CPA, is a graduate of California State University, East Bay. He has been licensed since 1975 and has been a sole practitioner in the Greater Oakland/East Bay area since 1978. His practice emphasizes individuals, estates and trusts. He served six years on the Board of Directors of the Tri-Valley Estate Planning Council and was a part-time accounting and tax lecturer at Las Positas College in Livermore.
