Frank H. Kelly, EA began his tax practice in January 1981. Over the next several years, Frank added accounting and payroll services to the practice. In the late 1980’s Frank added investment services to his client, first using annuities and life insurance and then securities. Frank is a licensed representative of H. D. Vest Investment Services, Inc. Frank is the principal of Kelly Financial Services, Inc. he holds the following licenses, credentials or fellowships: NASD Licenses 6 and 26 Life Accident and Health Insurance licenses – PA NASD licenses in several other states. Enrolled Agent designation from the IRS in 1989 NTPI Fellow Awarded June 1992 Frank acquired the following credentials from the National Society of Accountants - Accredited Business Advisor.
