Phil Buchanan, co-founder and principal at Investment Watch, LLC, is a Chartered Life Underwriter and Registered Investment Advisor holding a Series 63, 65 and 6 Securities License. He is also an active Life Health and Annuities licensed producer as well as a Property & Casualty agent. Phil is a hands-on business owner ensuring that clients receive the most beneficial investment planning direction available. Prior to Investment Watch, Phil held multiple positions in the banking and insurance industry. He completed his Master of Business Arts in 1992 at Loyola University in Baltimore and is a retired Major from the United States Army Reserve. Phil has served on numerous boards including the Salvation Army, a local Bank and his Church. He is currently very involved in the Fallston’s Recreation and Travel Sports Program.
