He has served as counsel to national corporations, handling matters such as computer software and systems agreements, licensing and multi-state litigation. With a career spanning over 30 years, Don has been recognized repeatedly as a top attorney in Maryland and DC Super Lawyers magazines, as well as Super Lawyers, Corporate Counsel Edition. He is frequently called upon to speak on business, employment and technology-related topics before business groups and associations throughout the region.
