A frequent speaker on topics involving business organization, disputes and employment matters, Darla has addressed various organizations throughout the region, including the Montgomery County Medical Society, where she sits on its Advisory Board. She also serves as the Legislative Affairs Director of the Montgomery County Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (MC SHRM), where she contributes to the organization's monthly newsletter and gives presentations on employment law topics.
