EVENT DESCRIPTION
The attendee will learn how to create and implement client dashboards that will consolidate their information silos into one “easy to use portal” using Microsoft OneNote.
EVENT OBJECTIVE
Information chaos is one of the biggest problems facing accounting firms. Information chaos is created when you acquire information yet aren’t able to store it in a manner where you or anyone in your firm can access it anytime or anywhere in the future.
Information chaos wastes time, creates stress and is the main obstacle in delegating work to staff members.
Client dashboards are similar to directories in a large building. They create a summary telling you exactly where everything is located. Either through a hyperlink to its location or a place for unstructured data that doesn't have a home - dashboards are the most effective method to remove information chaos about your clients.
You will
• get two templates for client dashboards, (individual & business)
• learn how to customize them for you firm and
• Deploy them this tax season to start virtually aggregating information chaos in manageable knowledge
