Does your new staff person need help navigating and working in QuickBooks desktop? Do you have a client who needs help using QuickBooks desktop but no time to train them? Our comprehensive desktop QuickBooks training will help get you, your staff or client up to speed even if you are an experienced user. Our course will help you navigate the program, address day-to-day transactions, prepare month-end reporting, learn how to customize reports and extract the information you need to be a better accountant and business owner. Our expert instructors are ready to help you solve your specific problems.EVENT OBJECTIVE
The attendees will --• Learn about set-up, security and cloud options
• Hear how to set-up lists, inventory, classes, services, jobs
• Work with Vendors – recording bills, payments via check, electronic or credit cards, 1099 tracking and preparation, purchase orders, etc
• Work with Customers – create proposals and/or quotes, invoicing, recording receipts, creating statements, etc
• Prepare a bank reconciliation and reports (templates and customized)
• Work through the payroll process – live and after-the-fact
• Learn how to sync bank and credit cards with QuickBooks
• Memorize transactions and learn shortcuts
• Learn inventory functions for small businesses
