EVENT DESCRIPTION

With the changing landscape of gender identity, MSATP encourages its members to learn about the LGBT culture and requirements. The session will increase awareness and educate attendees on sexual orientation and gender identity, and update members about current sexual orientation and gender identity anti-discrimination requirements. This is important training, especially as organizations look to engage millennials and generation Z, both of whom expect employers to have an understanding of what is appropriate and not appropriate regarding sexual orientation and gender identity.
