Strategic Leadership Committee Meeting

Meeting will begin at 1:00 pm. Anyone who is scheduled to attend received an email (May 4 from Sandy Steinwedel/will be resent on Wednesday, June 24)) with the Zoom meeting information. Chair Barbara Smith has asked everyone to review Module 1 and 2 of the John Kennedy Leadership Academy videos and be prepared to answer the following questions:
1. Module 1 – Determine your three leading values by reviewing the list in the module workbook. Think of 3 very fulfilling, positive experiences and 3 difficult, negative experiences in your life. What values were present or missing in each? Discover the leading values of three people in your life and think about how knowledge and understanding of their values can impact your relationship and interactions with them.
2. Module 2 – Your purpose is the “WHY” you want to do and achieve the things you set out to do (and achieve.) Your vision is the “WHAT” and “HOW” of what this purpose will look like when set in motion. It’s important to establish both. What Is our vision for the Society and why Is the future Important? How can we use our communication and listening skills to achieve our goals?
