Donya Oneto has been a practicing Maryland CPA for over 30 years. She owns a solo CPA practice in Sykesville Maryland. Her expertise is small business consulting, out-sourced CFO, taxation, and accounting. Ms. Oneto’s clients range from solo entrepreneurs to small businesses and non-profits. Ms. Oneto holds a certification as an Advanced QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor.

Ms. Oneto has been a member of MSATP for over 20 years. She has been serving on the MSATP board since 2014. In 2018 she became MSATP board Treasurer, then served as 1st and 2nd VP. In January 2023 she became MSATP board President. She genuinely believes in the mission of MSATP which is to provide members opportunities for professional and personal development.

Ms. Oneto is a strong advocate for animal welfare and children with learning differences. At the request of the Superintendent of Carroll County public schools she served for three years on the newly created audit committee, serving one year as Chairwoman.
