Kelly Ebaugh was born in Largo, FL and moved to Carroll County, MD in 1998. She earned her B.S. in Legal Studies from University of Maryland University College in 2014. She currently lives in Manchester, MD, with her husband, Matt; daughters, Tiffany and Megan; and her two Labrador retrievers, Jolene and Georgia.

Kelly’s hobbies include scrapbooking, gardening, attending her daughter’s dance recitals, and watching the Baltimore Orioles. She has a love for the beach and hopes to one day retire near the water.

Kelly has been with MSATP since 2015. She is the Director of Membership and is also the Bookkeeper. Kelly also serves on the Legislative Committee and Membership/Marketing Committee.
