Heather was born and raised in Carroll County, MD and currently resides just outside of Gettysburg, PA. She is an avid animal lover and currently has two cats, Murphy J and Baxter. Her hobbies and interests include reading, music, attending Chloe’s sporting events, the Baltimore Ravens and Kentucky Wildcats, as well as playing on a weekly trivia league with her teammates. She enjoys traveling and meeting new people and hopes to do more of both in the future- Ireland is at the top of her list!

Heather earned her B.A. in History from Mount St. Mary’s College and has been with MSATP since 2004. She is the Director of Education as well as administrative support for the MSA Scholarship Foundation and MSATP PAC. Additionally, she serves on the Annual Meeting Committee, Awards Committee, Assistance Committee and Education Committee.
