BA History University of Baltimore, 1985 34 year employee of SDAT. Began as an Assessor in Business Personal Property in 1988. Currently the Administrator of the Business Personal Property, Utility Valuation, and Franchise Tax units. Certified as a Personal Property Specialist according to IAAO guidelines. Was elected union President of the Maryland Professional Employees Council, #6197 and served in that capacity from 2012-2016.
