I currently serve business clients with a range of complex issues: corporate taxation, international taxation, and state and local tax. My area of concentration is corporate tax including consolidated multistate returns. As a former multistate tax practice leader for a Big 4 firm, I also have experience with sales tax issues for government contractors, software and telecomunications companies.
