With more than 30 years of accounting industry experience, Flach is a tax services partner with Grant Thornton LLP. In addition to serving as the partner-in-charge of the Baltimore office, Flach is responsible for income tax planning, tax provision and internal controls work, and tax consultation and compliance responsibilities for major Mid-Atlantic clients. He also handles numerous client engagements, providing tax structuring and planning for significant business transactions. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Loyola College and a master’s degree in taxation from the University of Baltimore. He also has attended and taught continuing education programs in tax specialty areas.
