Building relationships and understanding each client’s goals and objectives defines Micah Bonaviri’s approach to handling estate planning matters. He uses his knowledge of legal and tax issues to instill confidence in his clients, while quickly establishing their level of comfort with him. Micah guides individuals and families as they consider wealth preservation, succession planning and charitable gift planning techniques. He also assists with estate and trust administration. Prior to joining Stein Sperling, Micah served as a law clerk for a small firm in Boston, Massachusetts. There, he researched and drafted motions and memoranda of law in estate administration matters, as well as in commercial litigation matters, including breach of fiduciary duties, breach of contract and real estate disputes. Before attending law school, he worked on a presidential campaign staff and subsequently acted as Deputy Finance Director for a Massachusetts gubernatorial campaign. Graduating in the top five percent of his class at Suffolk University Law School, Micah earned the 2007 Distinguished Best Brief award and was a member of the Journal of High Technology. Outside of the office, Micah enjoys scuba diving and has been on diving expeditions in the Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands in the Caribbean, as well as the Galapagos Islands in the Pacific. He is also an avid Boston Red Sox fan.
