Paul Trinkoff brings a multi-disciplinary approach to his practice of representing business entrepreneurs and non-publicly held business entities. He has extensive experience in forming and structuring new businesses, business reorganizations, asset and stock transactions and business combinations, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate leasing, employment and compensation arrangements, distribution and sales arrangements, intellectual property development and licensing and finance transactions. Mr. Trinkoff graduated from University of North Carolina, J.D., 1981 with Distinction and the University of Rochester, B.A., 1978, Cum Laude. Prior to joining Miles & Stockbridge, Mr. Trinkoff was an associate and then a partner in the Baltimore law firm of Tydings and Rosenberg, LLP from 1981 through 2001.
