Allen assists clients with personal, business and estate planning, financing, business valuation & litigation support. Allen holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation from the University of Baltimore Law School. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ and a Certified Valuation Analyst. Allen has performed expert witness testimony in several Maryland Circuit and District courts as well as the Federal Court under the Federal Rules of Procedure. In his 30 plus years of experience he has performed accounting, valuation and CFO services for a wide range of industries including professional services, government contractors, intellectual property, automobile and motorcycle dealerships, retail and wholesale sales and real estate development and construction contractors. Allen is a former member and past Chairman of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants Forensic, Valuation and Litigation Support Committee. He currently sits on the Board of the Maryland Society of Accountants and Tax Preparers. He is an Eagle Scout and has sat on the boards of several local and national non-profit groups.
