Dennis Morton is a graduate of Loyola College receiving his B.A. in 1974 and his M.B.A. in 1983. He started with the Department of Labor and License in 1974 as a Unemployment Insurance Field Auditor for the Maryland Unemployment Insurance division. He became the Assistant to Director of Contributions in 1977 and in 1983 served as Chief of Accounting, Office of Finance. Dennis currently serves as the Director of Contributions Division for the Maryland Unemployment Division; a position he started in 1989.
