Wallace Eddleman was appointed Assistant Director - Legal in April 2006. In this capacity he is responsible for coordinating all legal services within the Revenue Administration Division such as litigation support, opinions, and administrative guidance. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Baltimore and Master of Science Degree in Taxation from the University of Maryland Graduate School.
