EVENT DESCRIPTION

The IRS and the Maryland Comptroller have access to powerful tools for taxpayers who owe a balance, including the use of liens and levies. Join tax attorneys Eric Rollinger, Principal, and Morgan Kirby, Associate, both of Stein Sperling, as they discuss what these entail, how to deal with them, and the impact on your clients. Each attendee will be asked to volunteer for a case at the conclusion of the event. Due to this requirement, your information will be shared with the Maryland Volunteer Lawyer Service.

*** In order to receive CPE for this event you must register to take on a Pro Bono Case with MVLS. MVLS will reach out to attendees to register as a volunteer.
