EVENT DESCRIPTION

Collection Due Process (CDP) and Collection Appeal Request Process (CAP) are two tools which can help your client in a collections case. What do they mean? How can they be used? Join tax attorneys Rebecca Sheppard and Kaitlyn Loughner, both of Frost Law, as they discuss what these are and how to best use them for your client’s benefit. Each attendee will be asked to volunteer for a case at the conclusion of the event. Due to this requirement, your information will be shared with the Maryland Volunteer Lawyer Service.

*** In order to receive CPE for this event you must register to take on a Pro Bono Case with MVLS. MVLS will reach out to attendees to register as a volunteer.
