EVENT DESCRIPTION

The Business Builders ThinkTank is an inaugural MSATP-sponsored group, similar to Vistage, EO, or other CEO peer groups, designed to create a safe and open space where business owners in the accounting and tax profession can connect with each other to discuss and work through challenges as you focus on scalability and development.

We are looking to create three inaugural groups: one in BWI, one in Baltimore County, and one in Rockville. Each group consists of 8-10 participants who are committed to meeting on the third Thursday of every month from 7:30-9am. These meetings will take place in the off-season, between May-November, for a total of 7 meetings. ThinkTank Participants are required to attend 5/7 meetings. If they miss more than 2, we will ask that they turn their seat over to someone else. This is to ensure and maintain integrity in the space and build trust amongst participants.

We will have preliminary meetings in September, October, and November with interested participants. From this group, we will identify those who have a desire to become group leaders and facilitators, then train them to do so. We are looking for 2 leaders/facilitators for each group.

Our commitment is that the leaders gain just as much value as they are bringing to the group. We want people who are excited, and we will be providing the structure, coaching, and training so those who are in a leadership role experience this as leadership training and development.

Whether you are interested in joining as a participant or a leader, please click register and we will be in touch with more information.
