This course covers the new changes in the annual report and personal property tax return – Form 1 for 2018, review of Form 1 and Form 1 instructions, examples of Form 1 returns, personal property tax return requirements by entity, review of Form 2 and Form 7, due dates of the returns, filing fees, personal property tax rates by category, where to file the returns and other topics as appropriate.

Requirements: If you are attending this seminar, please provide one example from your clients list of a completed Form 1, Form 2 or Form 7, and make 5 copies to bring to the seminar, of course, all personal information such as the clients name and address, federal id number and State id number, officers and directors names are all blocked out so that during our group breakout session the participates in your group can discuss the returns to enhance the material presented and a group leader can present to the whole group any information that may be new to the group that the other participates would want to know about to add value to this topic.
