Senior Accountant

Job Description:

Local small CPA firm seeking senior accountant for full- and/or part-time employment

Responsibilities Include:

  • Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
  • Prepare quarterly payroll reports
  • Assist clients with Quickbooks software
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reconciliations of client books

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • CPA or EA
  • 5 years’ public accounting and tax experience
  • Ability to create and edit Word and Excel documents independently
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong customer service and communication skills – professional, responsive, dependable

We serve as internal advisors to our clients. Firm is comprised of professionals with CPA and EA designations. Firm has experienced growth consistently over the last three years. Firm is comprised of 5 people – 3 full-time and 2 part-time. We maintain to provide an environment for a good work/family balance.
