Affiliation With CPA Interested in Long Term Purchase

I am a sole practitioner on the Eastern Shore who envisions an affiliation with a CPA that still takes on attest engagements and would eventually acquire my very diversified practice. My firm provides the usual mix of tax, payroll preparation, bookkeeping, and routine compliance matters. In addition, we also act as the back office and medical billing entity for a related health care practice.
